• Online Training Material: We are providing Student Safety training sessions for all of our students and their parents, tutors, instructors & teachers to enforce them to follow best practices for online behavior.

• Privacy & Safety Policy: Consistently we regulate our Privacy & Safety policies and keep everyone updates with new or additional set of guidelines introduced.

• Technology: In the Student and Tutors dashboard, We always keep on adding necessary features to keep Klasszone a safe online learning platform for all.

• Incident Resolution: We are committed to deal with any incident in a high priority and within short timespan with quick action and with utmost seriousness.

Example of in-appropriate behavior

• Bullying or Abusing someone online in the classroom
  

• Cursing anyone with Words.

• Sharing nudity or Sexual content in online class or through any medium of communications. 

• Racist remarks, Hate Speech, Bad Mouth, In-appropriate languages usage.

• Spamming messages or contents exchanges over class sessions.

• Sharing or providing someone or own personal information including social media and family members information.

• Any cell number or contact number, email-id sharing in classroom session.

• Any Religious or Political remarks or messages exchange or discussion in classroom sessions. 

• Invoking or Provoking others with awful or funny facial expressions on classroom.

• Any disrespectful comments or arguments in discussion or during learning sessions.

• Instructor/Tutor Lead Class sessions: All tutors or teachers closely observe the all chatroom discussion and accordingly report and block or suspend session of any students who posts inappropriate texts or share any such pictures. 

• Student Privacy & Safety Concern team: Team members always verify, investigate, and provide timely solutions for reported incidents after going through all details and hear both sides of included parties involved. 

• Guidance and Policymaking: Our Online data privacy and Student Safety concern policy showcase our promise and always protect the Klasszone student’s & Tutors' interest

Student & Tutor Guidance 

• Always be kind, respectful, caring and friendly to other students and teachers.

• Discuss with your family members about your online learning experience every day.

• Let your parents or guardians knows about your social media activities or usages.

• Report it immediately to your teacher or family members if something makes you uncomfortable. 

• Report incidents of bad online behavior that you see or face within Klasszone.

• Do discuss with your parents before sharing any personal information with anyone on online classroom.

Reporting an incident

At any moment of time during your online classroom sessions, if you are getting uncomfortable with someone's acts or behavior or If you see or face any inappropriate content or harassment, please report it immediately. 

• You need to take following information to report any incident.

• Detail of Classroom sessions of course.

• Details of user-id or name of person shown on screen, who are involved.

• Few Screenshot of incident.

• Complete explanation of incident with reason of discomfort.
