We offer a Prorated money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with our Learning & Teaching as Services that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, once you will justify your reason for refund properly. We will try to resolve your issues at our best and if after that also, if you are not happy with our classes then You will always be eligible for a prorated reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your date of scheduling the classes, i.e. after your first scheduled class or changed classes.
After the 7-day period from Klasscoin Purchase Date, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive any refund. We encourage our Students to search for best Tutor as per their need after going through carefully all details about Tutor before scheduling the classes to ensure it fits best to your needs.
Also, We would like to suggest Students to go through all the extensive details about Class or course contents and coverage very carefully and understand the completeness before proceed with scheduling classes with Tutor.
Please note: Refund of all not completed classes must be applied through your "Order" menu of Dashboard, Prorated refund will get accepted based on he classes completed and classes which are pending with Tutors.
