We select Teachers/tutors/instructors who are highly qualified in their education. We always prefer to have Tutors with good experience in teaching in their respective subjects. While in hiring process, including education verification and background checks and complete an interview. Plus, we have a quality specialist team that reviews their demo sessions to ensure our tutors are always providing the highest level of support and learning guidance to students.

How do I pay for 1-1 individual or group classes or to attend any listed educational event?

For scheduling any 1-1 or group class or for attending any educational event, You can pay the fee of course through Klasscoins, credit points. Klasscoin is the credit points which we are using internally for class scheduling of any subjects or courses. Tutors will get their fee in Klasscoin once the online session with student will get completed successfully. You can purchase Klasscoins through student dashboard.

I have scheduled the classes, now how do I connect with a tutor on particular schedule?

As a first important step, select your Tutor of required course as per your need, then schedule sessions with Tutor and proceed with Learning through online classes. At your dashboard there are options to join session of class at your scheduled date and time. You can connect with a tutor by using the join option using video conferencing application. Session will get auto-connected with you and your Tutor.

How much do you charge for lessons?

Depends upon course and time Klasszone will charge for lessons in terms on Klasscoins.

What are the available tools in the online virtual conferencing application which Klasszone is using for classes?

You can typically choose to connect with a tutor via two-way using the conferencing applications. Our virtual classroom has all the tools you need to make the most of your session: two-way whiteboard, code editor, text editor, and graph paper—plus a range of drawing tools, graphing calculator, formulas, file sharing, and emoji.

Can I request Klasszone or order a Background Check of any Tutors ?

Mostly during the hiring process, We perform a stringent background check of all Tutors and once we find OK to proceed with then we approve Tutors to get listed in our online learning platform. So as a responsible platform, We can say that all of our tutors are validated and verified during the hiring process itself.

How does Klasszone perform registration of tutors on their platform?

Klasszone has a specific team dedicated to reviewing tutors' submitted qualifications before the tutors are listed on klasszone.com. In order to be considered for a listing on the platform, tutors have to complete a registration process. This process includes submitting written qualifications, submitting their education level, detailing any professional experience, and writing about their overall experience teaching and tutoring.

Once tutors are getting registered on klasszone.com platform then how they get approval to list their courses ?

Once tutors submit their qualifications, our team manually reviews the information to ensure their qualifications meet Klasszone's standards. After interview and demo class presentation, Klasszone approves tutors to get list their courses onto it. If they do not, Klasszone will not list their services on the Klasszone platform.

How do I dispute a lesson or cancellation fee charge?

In your student dashboard, there is one option for "claim for intervention". You can use this option to for any claim regarding session or lesson cancellation or not-happened or for any incident or for any dispute. You must provide valid proof and full description while creating a claim scenario. Our customer representative will contact you shortly and get further details(if required) and try their best to resolve the issue or concerns.

How do I get refund of class cancellation?

If you are cancelling your class before the start of first session of your schedule classes, then you will get full refund and you can view refund transaction in your transaction history. If you are cancelling your classes in middle of running course after attending few number of classes, then you will get prorated refund. It means, you will get refund of only not completed classes. In both the scenario, you will get refund immediately and it will get reflected in your balance at your dashboard.

How do I read my Klasscoin credit and debit transaction history?

In your student dashboard, there is one option to view Klasscoin transaction history, where you will view all credit and debit transaction recorded with remaining balance of your dashboard. You will observe the transaction related to buy klasscoins, spent klasscoins in scheduling any classes of course or subject, any refund of classes with proper transaction id number and date.

Where can I find a list of details of my past learned lessons or courses ?

At your "booking Completed" section of Student dashboard, you can revisit the details of courses or lesson which you have completed through Tutors/Teachers. There you will view the fee of completed courses and other details too.

Can a Tutor or Teacher of help me take an assessment exam once the course or lesson will get completed ?

Yes, Tutors will take the assessment exam once your lesson or course will get completed. You need to remind your teacher with your preparation for assessment exam, also tutor will provide the feedback and share the result with your parents in one to one online meeting during Teacher Parent discussion.

How do I cancel the upcoming schedule of classes or ongoing sessions of classes of any course if I am not satisfied with it ?

You can use the option of "drop classes" from your dashboard to cancel the scheduled online course classes either before the start first day of of class or after attending few session of classes. You will get refund using prorated method immediately. And refund will get reflected in your dashboard and transaction history will get recorded.

I am a existing student of Klasszone, How can I refer my friends and family to Klasszone ?

We always awards students or tutor who refer their friends or person to join our platform. At your dashboard, you can use the registration invite link and send it to others either through Whatsapp message, Text SMS, through e-mail or share the referal link on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. So that your friends or known person can join us. In return, we awards both as some reward points which both of them can redeem to get e-gift vouchers of multiple brands.

How can I schedule a group classes on Klasszone for interested course of a Tutor ?

You can schedule a group classes of your interested course by reserving the spot for the option of group class. You need to select the schedule from the available ones from the start date mentioned in the class schedule. And you are set, just on that schedule at particular day and time, join the session and start attending the classes.

Will Student get a Class Reminder before the start of Classes from Klasszone ?

We always expect that Student should remember the time schedule of their enrolled classes, but if sometimes they missed or forget their schedule, then to assist them we always send email notifications and Text SMS at their registered mobile number. This is just to remind the start of classes so that they will not missed any single class and always get benefited in their learning path.

Is first and Second class of every course is FREE of cost and just like DEMO Class ?

Usually we have posted the link of DEMO Class of particular course on the Course detail profile, student can view that video demo class and also the "About yourself" Introduction video of Tutor. If student will find the posted Demo class as useful and fruitful, they can consider that Tutor for their learning of particular course/lesson profile. Also we are providing Klasscoins credit once student registered on our platform, Student can use those Klasscoins for initial scheduling of classes.

Can I reschedule the day and time of classes incase I missed any class ?

Every Tutor keep 10% of number of classes in buffer or reserve for such unforseen situations. If you missed any class because of emergency or Tutor missed, then in that case you can use those extra 10% of total number of classes as a make-up classes to cover the missed one. So that your learning should not get impacted and you can successfully complete your course with confidence. No worries, we take care of such situations.

I need some counseling on my performance in the Tests/Assignments. Whom should I contact?

You can talk with your Tutor in details and explain him/her about the expectation related to the counseling on your performance and evaluation of your test assessment. Even your parent can also discuss about your study growth in one of the class for getting more focus in your study. Your Teacher/Tutor will further assist you based on your preference and requirements.
