Educational Content Writer - ECCW-01

 

Qualifications
• Good writing and editing skills are necessary for this position, along with the ability to learn or upskill on new products and technologies, multitask, locate relevant information online, and work within tight deadlines
• This role is also highly collaborative, and writers are expected to work closely with subject matter experts, to drive technical and instructional correctness, ensure quality and consistency of content, and meet milestones–dedication to communication and collaboration is a must
• BA/BSc degree or professional equivalent
• Highly collaborative team player; experienced working with content writing on subject matter experts
• Ability to deliver content on time and to specification in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with and experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Responsibilities
• You will work closely with subject matter experts.
• As part of the role, you will write all instructional materials that will be used in the learning paths, including (but not limited to):
• Course syllabus and content outlines
• Text -based materials such as readings and written instructions
• Formative and summative assessments
• This position will involve writing, editing, manipulating and paraphrasing content
• Writers must be comfortable receiving, ideating on, and implementing feedback
• Participate in building and aligning content to syllabus and learning objectives for the learning pathways
• Generate learning pathways curriculum, case studies and other summarized educational materials.
• Engage with subject matter experts to ensure technical and subject-matter correctness
• Create supplemental materials like lesson plans.
• Attend team meetings and 1:1 discussions

Social Media Expert - SME01

 

Responsibilities
• We're looking for a social media expert to help develop a social media growth strategy and increase our brand's exposure across different social media platforms and keep a consistent posting schedule
• Auditing and optimizing our different social media accounts (YT, Fb, IG, LI, and Twitter)
• Developing our Brand Presence across all platforms
• Creating a growth strategy across all platforms
• Helping with the creation of engaging content (researching what the algorithms want, viral content and engaging activities, niche-based hashtags, keeping an eye on trends, …)
• Managing accounts (answering comments and DMs)
• Communicate with the different team members to make sure the content strategy is running smoothly

Qualifications
• At least 18-years-old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with the majority of workload per day is approx 4/6 hours. 
• This position is a year-round position

• Superb organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfort working on computers with Windows operating system

Responsibilities
• Create/conduct recruitment plans and accomplish it with fellow co-workers
• Conduct virtual interviews of Tutors/Teachers or Instructors
• Make hiring decisions and notify applicants of decisions
• Submit backgrounds, launch onboarding, and schedule processing for those found hirable.
• Collect and verify applicant paperwork and identifying documents
• Maintain applicant personnel files during the hiring process
• Answer applicant email and phone inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Assist in other areas of Human Resources as needed

Telecaller Responsibilities:

• Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
• Noting important details of each conversation.

Accounting & Finance-Clerk

Responsibilities:
• Using book-keeping databases, spreadsheets and software.
• Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software.
• Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks.
• Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately.
• Producing a variety of reports including income statements(sakes and expenses), invoices.
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings.
• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records.
• Generating & providing Salary slips and performing Tax computation.

Requirements:
• Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized
• Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus

Responsibilities
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
