How long does a Tutor Profile to to get activated on Klasszone?

The process of Tutor's profile to get activated on Klasszone is very simple and within a week or 10 days profile will be active. Hiring process just require proper personal & professional information to get validated and successful online assessment of teaching demo class to our experts. Hence overall the entire process of on-boarding of Tutor can be completed within a week's or 10 days time.

Is Tutors, Teachers & Instructors, all are same terminology on Klasszone?

Yes, all are same terminology but only the context of uses are different.

What are the courses and subjects are offered at Klasszone?

Klasszone offers academic classes of important subjects like Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Commerce, Social Studies and Computer Science etc of CBSE/ICSE/State & International Curriculam. It also offers foreign languages classes for example French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Japanese, Arabic etc. Apart from these student can also enroll for various competitive exam preparatory courses like - IIT JEE, NEET etc. Klasszone also offers several coding languages, cutting edge technology & Other techonology classes for students. How much does an average teacher earn on Klasszone?

Its completely depend on Tutors, how much dedication and passion is there in conducting online classes, but on an average, tutors/instructors/teachers earn more than INR 30000 per month. Assuming a tutor/instructor/teacher devotes a minimum of 3/4 hours per day, he/she can easily earn between INR 25000-45000 per month from individual 1-1 clases and group classes.

Do I need to teach as per my flexibility wrt to timing of 1-1 individual or group classes?

At Klasszone, you can create your own schedule of classes for 1-1 individual, group classes as per your convienence, and timing either in morning, afternoon, evening, late evening time slot. You can teach at your convenient time and/or at a time that is mutually convenient to you and your students. With class scheduling mechanism and features, you can schedule your classes based on your availability. Mostly for Indian students preferable time slots are 3:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST & for International Students preferable time slot is early morning(for US EST timezone students), morning(US PST timezone students), Afternoon & late afternoon(for African & European Students)

What are the minimum need from Tutor point of view or basic pre-requisites to conduct online tutoring sessions at Klasszone?

For conducting online classes on our online learning platform Klasszone , Tutor must have a good Laptop or Desktop, having minimum of 4 GB RAM, Broadband Internet connectivity (atleast 4 mbps) is required along with a digital pen tablet or stylus. Whole home set of equipment should have essential UPS as Power backup(is an add-on in case your area has electricity issues). Apart from this, Our Hiring & Technical team will provide few training video materials, which after going through you can immdediately kickstart your online sessions on Klasszone.

How much dedicated time do I need to spent in conducting online tutoring classes or sessions?

Klasszone is a completely flexible online learning platform that will enable you to create your classes as per your own choice. If you want to teach only in morning slot or only in evening slot, then you are welcome to proceed as per your own time schedule. Teach or schedule you classes whenever you can. It all depends on your availability to teach online. Tutors or Teachers or Instructors mostly spend 4 hours per day on an average. More you will teach, more you will get engage with students and as a result more you will earn. There is no limit in terms of numbers of hours you can teach per day. You can teach 1 hours to 16 hours per day, to national and international students. It depends completely on your capability and dedication with passion

Do I need to know basic of computers and it's related knowledge to conduct these online sessions?

Yes, you must have a basic computer knowledge, atleast you should aware of online teaching methodology and have experience in teaching online through any video conferencing software applications.

Will Klasszone provide and video material regarding the features of it's online learning platform as a part of training before start of conducting online sessions?

Yes, Klasszone will provide few video handouts to go through it properly once the profile will get activated on its platform as a part of its on-boarding trainings activities. These trainings materials are integral part of the on-boarding process for every new teacher at Klasszone. Apart from that our technical trainers will always there to assist you at every step of your onboarding

Will Klasszone provide any additional support, if I would face any problem related to online learning platform or while conducting online sessions?

Definitely, Our Tech-Supprt teams are always available for immediate resolutions to any issues you face.

At what frequency Tutor will get paid for their online classes?

Tutors can request for Payouts at weekly or bi-monthly or monthly or Quaterly basis, decision is completely depends on Tutors. Payment request can be raised through the Tutor dashboard whenever Tutor got enough accumulated balance in their account

Can a Tutor set the Fee of 1-1 individual classes or group classses for any Courses ?

Definitely. Tutor will have a complete flexibility to set their teaching fee in INR per class for 1-1 individual class or group class or online educational event and change the same periodically at Klasszone. You can set different fee for national and international students, even you can set different fee per class for early morning and late evening classes too.

Does Klasszone charges for activating Tutor on it's platform during the enrollment/hiring process?

No. There is no registration fee for Tutors or Teachers or Instructors for on-boarding them on Klasszone online learning platform. As a Welcome, Klasscoins will be awarded at your dashboard once your profile will get approved and activated on Klasszone. You can use those Klasscoins for your course creation for 1-1 individual class or group classes scheduling.

Does Klasszone taking subscription fee from Tutors to remain active in the platform ?

Yes, Klasszone is taking subscription fee from Tutor to remain active on its learning platform, First six month profile activation is completely free but from January 2024, a minimum fee of INR 200 per month will be deducted from Tutors balance as a activation fee.

What are my responsibilities at Klasszone as a Tutors/Teacher/Instructors?

We expect all our tutors/teachers/instructors to act as an end-to-end learning solution providers for the students. In simple words, the teacher understands the learning requirement of the student, creates the learning plan for the student, prepares the relevant content required for the sessions, shares tests and assignments, evaluates them to understand student progress and provides regular feedback on the same to students and parents.

What is Klasscoin ?

Klasszone, uses the terms Klasscoin which is equivalent to INR Rupee. Tutor will get paid in Klasscoin for their 1-1 or group classes, Tutor can setup the teaching fee of their 1-1 class or group class in terms of Klasscoin. After every successful completed classes, bunch of Klasscoins will get accumulated as balance of Tutors. Once Tutors will have enough Klasscoin accumulated in his/her dashboard then he/she can request for Payment through automated Payment request. Next day Payment will be completed at the Tutor Bank account through NEFT or through PayPal(to international Tutors) from Klasszone.

How can I create Content for my courses?

You can create and share content based on your students requirements, coverage & syllabus of course, with proper understanding and timely progression pace.

Can I provide referral to my Friends Tutors?

Yes, Klasszone always welcome referral Tutors on platform. Infact you will be awarded as referral bonus in terms of Klasscoins on providing referral to your friends, who will register with Klasszone through referral code link shared in your dashboard
